Gary Brown
Gary and his family moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1977 after graduating from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California. While at Cal Poly, Gary received degrees in Architecture and Construction Engineering. He obtained his Florida State Certified General Contractors license in 1981 and Florida Real Estate Sales license in 1991.
Over the last 45 years of his career, Gary has managed the development, construction and sales of over 1,500 new homes in various planned communities around the state of Florida.
Gary and his family have lived on Davis Islands in South Tampa for over 40 years. Working in the same neighborhoods in which he lives, creates a discerning perspective of the homes he builds. Each new project proves that lasting quality and value can be obtained through a stress free building experience.
