Sterling Bay Homes, Inc. Sterling Bay Homes, Inc. is a locally owned home building company managed by its owner and contractor, Gary C. Brown. Incorporated in 1998, we are now offering unique custom homes in and around the Tampa Bay area priced between $500,000 and $3,000,000. Gary’s expertise combines over 30 years of home building experience with degrees in Architecture and Construction Engineering. This allows us to offer distinctive designs, functional floor plans and homes that are enjoyable to live in. His knowledge of construction and attention to detail results in a higher quality standard unmatched by other builders.

Owner Bio
Gary C. Brown Gary and his family moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1977 after graduating from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California, with degrees in Architecture and Construction Engineering. He obtained his Florida State Certified General Contractors license in 1981 and Florida Real Estate Sales license in 1991. Over the last 30 years of his career, Gary has managed the development, construction and sale of over 1,500 new homes in various planned communities around the State of Florida. Gary and his family have lived on Davis Islands in South Tampa for over 24 years. Working in the same neighborhoods in which he lives creates a discerning perspective of the homes he builds. Each new project proves that lasting quality can be obtained through a stress free building experience.
